Ingredients & Nutrition
Scalp care works from the outside and the inside.
Topical care changes the environment your hair grows in. Nutrition supports the raw materials it is built from. Neither one replaces the other, and neither one works overnight.

Outside: the environment
Washes, boosters and scrubs act on the surface — removing buildup, calming irritation, keeping the follicle opening clear. That is the Clean and Cure part of the method, and it is where visible comfort usually improves first.
Within: the raw materials
Hair is largely keratin, a protein, held in skin that repairs itself constantly. Our Hair Growth Formula is a daily whole-food supplement of 17 ingredients built around a few nutrients worth understanding simply:
- Vitamin C
- Supports the body's normal collagen formation, part of the structure of healthy skin — including the skin of your scalp.
- Zinc
- Contributes to normal skin repair and maintenance, which helps maintain a scalp that recovers well.
- Biotin
- Involved in normal keratin production — the protein your hair is largely made of.
- B vitamins
- Support normal energy metabolism and healthy blood, which is how nutrients reach the follicle in the first place.
How long to give it
Hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, so changes you make today show up over three to six months. Take photos in the same light every few weeks rather than judging by the shower drain.
And keep the basics in view: sleep, iron and protein intake, stress and thyroid health all affect hair. If your hair fall is sudden or severe, blood work from a doctor is more useful than any product.
A gentle suggestion
The from-within step alongside a daily scalp tonic — used together, consistently, over months.
